The Strategic Business Partner is a senior leadership role in the HR team that will see you work proactively alongside Executives and Senior Leaders on the strategic design of people initiatives and programs.

Your role will be to build and manage relationships to become a trusted advisor and representative on Business Unit leadership teams and support the delivery of business strategy and plans.
You will also provide insights to the broader HR team to shape and improve HR strategies, plans and policies and influence senior managers to enable the implementation of policy, projects and change initiatives.
Furthermore, you will:

work with the GM HR to define the People and HR strategydesign and manage complex organisational changeadvise on capability development, performance strategies and talent succession and pipelininginterpret and translate trends and insights to support future organisational designcoordinate strategic workforce planningsupport leaders to create and implement engagement action planscollaborate and support fellow HR leaders to develop capability of all HR team members To be successful you will be a HR professional with strategic and commercial acumen and significant experience in a senior HR Business Partnering role.
You will also have leadership experience in engaging and motivating a team of HR generalists and/or subject matter experts ideally in a large, complex organisation.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate success in developing productive working relationships with stakeholders and customers and success in advising the most senior levels of business leadership.
