This role focuses on growing the number of quality franchise offices and enhancing the existing network by showcasing the exceptional benefits they offer. This role involves a significant amount of travel; the successful candidate must be willing to travel locally, regionally, and interstate as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Growth & Development:Identify and recruit quality franchisees through a structured pipeline process.Develop and implement growth strategies to attract suitable franchisees.Manage leads and inquiries promptly and professionally using CRM tools.Collaborative Engagement:Deliver compelling presentations to prospects, engaging stakeholders across departments like marketing, compliance, and finance.Support existing franchise networks in agent recruitment, mergers & acquisitions, growth plans, and succession planning.Performance-Driven Execution:Maintain a strong pipeline of potential recruits.Drive efficiencies in customer/prospect experience to ensure deal progression.Ensure seamless handover to the Network Performance team post-onboarding.Candidate CriteriaDemonstrated success in franchise development in real estate or real estate salesStrong sales acumen with a passion for real estate.Ability to travel daily locally, regionally, and interstate as required.Exceptional communication, presentation, and CRM management skills.APPLY NOW Please call Emily Chown on 0412 783 223 @ GOUGH or simply hit APPLY NOW.
