Our client is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager based in Western Australia to drive an ambitious growth program for our organization.

As part of the Strategic Growth team, you'll work closely with the CEO and Network Performance teams to expand and strengthen their franchise network. This role focuses on growing the number of quality franchise offices and enhancing the existing network by showcasing the exceptional benefits they offer.

This role involves a significant amount of travel; the successful candidate must be willing to travel locally, regularly regionally, and interstate as required.
Key Responsibilities Franchise Growth & Development: Identify and recruit quality franchisees through a structured pipeline process.Develop and implement growth strategies to attract suitable franchisees.Manage leads and inquiries promptly and professionally using CRM tools.Collaborative Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations to prospects, engaging stakeholders across departments like marketing, compliance, and finance.Support existing franchise networks in agent recruitment, mergers & acquisitions, growth plans, and succession planning.Performance-Driven Execution: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential recruits.Drive efficiencies in customer/prospect experience to ensure deal progression.Ensure seamless handover to the Network Performance team post-onboarding.Candidate Criteria Demonstrated success in franchise development, ideally within real estate, finance, or service industries.Strong sales acumen with a passion for real estate.Ability to travel daily locally, regionally, and interstate as required.Exceptional communication, presentation, and CRM management skills.APPLY NOW
