Strategic Digital Planner | $120K – 130K + Super

Overview: Join a dynamic digital agency as a Strategic Digital Planner, where you will lead strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns, ensure alignment with client objectives, and contribute to the growth of client accounts.
This role is heavily client-facing, focusing on strategic development, performance analysis, and enhancing the team's skills through CRM training.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive paid media strategies that drive measurable results.
Proactively suggest optimizations and innovative ideas to elevate campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
Media Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end media planning process, including campaign setup, management, and reporting across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Analyze performance data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to clients to drive continual improvement.
Optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and customer acquisition.
Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Lead strategy presentations and manage expectations around campaign performance and deliverables.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them navigate the complexities of paid media.
Team Development & CRM Training: Conduct training sessions to upskill internal teams on CRM tools and best practices.
Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh perspectives and strategies to the team.
Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in paid media planning, with a focus on strategy and execution.
Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Expertise in platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
