The key duties: Strong strategic design and analysis background Providing ongoing consultation and engagement, using excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, to build a strong relationship with key stakeholders and develop an understanding of their perspectives, supporting their journey for successful digital transformation and prioritisation or planning of digital and ICT proposals. Developing user research insights, synthesising information derived from research and conducing analysis, and managing data flows with Commonwealth agencies to deliver meaningful insights on complex areas of policy and inform the strategic direction of Governments digital transformation and prioritisation and planning of digital and ICT proposals. Preparing robust, proactive and innovative written advice based on an understanding of the strategic and policy environment and related issues, evidence from research, stakeholder and user needs and organisational priorities. Supporting the development and implementation of performance reporting and evaluation frameworks Working collaboratively with colleagues within your team, the branch and across the DTA, to problem solve, reach outcomes and (where relevant) collaborate with external bodies. Lead or support a multi-disciplinary team to develop outcomes for the Governments digital services as required.
