Location: Perth CBD office Pay rate: $60.26 p/h + Super Flexibility: WFH 2 days and 3 days in the office after training Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Champion plain English and ensure all collateral is accessible and aligns with style and branding guidelines. Lead by example, serving as a trusted communications expert and guiding internal stakeholders and business partners to achieve project objectives. Draft clear, concise, and effective messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including talking points and speeches. Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans, overseeing approvals and coordinating the release of collateral. Cultivate important internal stakeholder relationships, proactively addressing challenges and resolving issues. Evaluate communication effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure project objectives are met. Support team members with administrative, technical, and procedural tasks. This is a team leadership position, with delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across various activities. You'll provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making for the team. Offer detailed technical, professional, policy, and operational support and advice on complex problems. Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, representing the branch/division/NDIA on complex or sensitive issues. Please apply now with your current CV.
