The Strategic Business Architect will align business objectives with technology solutions to drive organisational growth and success during this digital transformation and capability uplift program. The main focus is on designing and implementing strategies that optimise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation. What you will bring: Experience analysing business requirements and translating those into solution architecture designs/artefacts to enable the tech team to create IT solutions. Good experience with enterprise architecture before moving into Business Architecture. Developing and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to define business architecture principles, standards, and guidelines. Leading stakeholder engagement between the business and the stakeholders is a key component of this role. Designing and modelling business processes, workflows, and data architectures to support strategic initiatives. Providing guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects and initiatives. Facilitating communication and collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions. Monitoring and measuring the performance and effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Serving as a subject matter expert on business architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices. Leading change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to train and address large audiences.
