This Directorate is responsible for the ongoing delivery of the City's sustainability program, as well as contributing heavily to the City of Stirling's vibrant local economy, liveable neighbourhoods, and thriving communities.
About the Position As the Specialist Strategic Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of the City's Asset Management Framework. Reporting directly to the Service Lead Asset Management, you will provide strategic direction and specialist advice to improve asset management strategies and processes, manage asset revaluations, and enhance asset lifecycle modelling and reporting.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of asset management practices. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects that have a lasting impact on the community and contribute to the City's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the City's Asset Management Framework, including policies, strategies, plans, processes, and systems.Provide specialist advice on asset management improvements and alignment with ISO 55001.Manage and implement the Asset Management Strategy, Strategic Asset Management Plan, and Portfolio Plans.Guide the development of strategic, evidence-based information for long-term capital works projections across all infrastructure portfolios.Lead change management initiatives to continuously improve asset management practices.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Produce regular reports and presentations on asset performance and progress.About You The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
