Reporting to the Executive Director, Prevention & Communication, the role is responsible for providing a range of executive, project and change management, and other support services to the Executive Director. The role is varied and challenging, and is also responsible, at a program level, for IBAC's Corruption Prevention Strategy.Duties include:Oversee and ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Office of the Executive Director Prevention & Communication, providing specialist advice on issues related to prevention and communication and ensuring the timely management of issues.Develop responsive briefs, making recommendations and determining solutions that provide options for decision making.Prepare high quality communications, presentations or other prevention collateral which are accessible and appropriate for a variety of internal and external audiences.Foster and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with staff within the Prevention & Communication division, key teams across IBAC and with external stakeholders.
