Our Career Opportunity Bailey Abbott are now seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. A vital part of our management team, our Strategic Account Manager will collaborate closely with clients to further develop our presence and awareness in the market, while promoting our capabilities.
Working as a Strategic Account Manager you will get the opportunity to: Manage client relationships within the designated Sales Territory to increase penetration and identify new business opportunitiesBuild and develop account and sales plans for the designated Sales TerritoryWork closely with the Operations team to qualify sales opportunities and manage resourcesDevelop a thorough understanding of the IT market to be a trusted advisor and assist with identifying new sales opportunitiesAttend networking events and client visits to capitalise on relationship building opportunitiesConduct thorough research to understand the client's business, industry, challenges, and goalsTailor proposals to address the requirements and preferences of the clientNegotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutual agreement and satisfactionYour skills and experience includes: Previous experience in an Account Manager or Business Development roleStrong relationship management and customer service experienceDemonstrated experience creating sales strategies and plansProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and promotional skills, able to convey ideas and information clearlyPositive mindset, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across the businessStrong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and client expectationsRewards Paid Birthday LeaveAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible Working OptionsRegular team gatherings including monthly team lunchProfessional development opportunities and continuous learningFinancial benefits through Discount StoreOur clients are diverse and so are we.
