THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Patio Estimator to join our collaborative Trade Sales team in Ormeau. In this role, you'll report to the Internal Sales Manager, working alongside a dynamic team to deliver high-quality service and accurate cost estimates for patio projects.
As a Patio Estimator, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Bills of Material (BOM) Providing expert advice on patio products Supporting the sales team (Trade & Retail) Offering technical product insights RESPONSIBILITIES Reviewing residential patios projects to determine required materials within the Stratco product range Determining quantities of materials required Liaising with Stratco team members, suppliers, and customers Preparing quotes, works orders, and order requisitions Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance requirements Upholding our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU A positive, enthusiastic approach, committed to enhancing the customer experience.
Essential - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Desirable - Experience in a similar or related role Desirable - Ability to read plans, generate BOMs, and create pricing proposals Desirable - Experience working with CAD design, plans, and drawings Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Analytical and numerically proficient While relevant experience is valuable, your passion, reliability, and personality will truly set you apart.
