ABOUT THE ROLE An opportunity exists for an Accounts Officer to join the Finance Team. This role will primarily support the team in completing daily bank reconciliations and the processing of invoices, other key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the preparation and processing of payment runs Processing of accrual, prepayments, and subsequent journals Maintenance of Bank Guarantee Register Preparing and circulating debtor/creditor reports each month Assisting in the production of payment reports Debtor ledger chasing where required ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has:
Previous accounts experience (in the Construction or Property industry desirable) Jobpac experience Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and Word A desire to work in a highly motivated team environment The ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and to a deadline The ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner A keen eye for detail and ability to produce high quality, accurate content consistently Experience in MYOB or other accounting software advantageous LIFE AT MOSAIC At Mosaic, you can be assured of the support and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.
