An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Coordinator based in Alice Springs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll be part of a collaborative sales and support team, ensuring customers receive exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally. Maintain and increase sales volume and profit of assigned customers. Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, with proactive follow up. Manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing. Liaise effectively with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams. Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required. Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in customer service or internal sales. Willingness to take initiative and get the job done. Knowledge of the Building industry or estimating is highly regarded. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. A passion for enhancing the customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm. While experience is important, your positive attitude and reliability will set you apart.
