With over 80 staff, our client has a large portfolio ranging from prestigious buildings to medium and small-sized schemes locally. The Role Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Manage & nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters. Lead Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialised departments to back you up. Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
