The Role

A well-managed small to medium-sized portfolio - take over from the current Strata Manager who is moving internally within the business.
Duties Managing a portfolio based on experience Liaising with owners/tenants Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required Running AGM's Periodic inspections Support from an assistant & admin team The Candidate
Strata Management experience within mixed-use or residential Ability to work under own initiative and direction Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career The Benefits Up to $100,000 + super Minimal after hours appointments & meetings = work life balance!
