They pride themselves on mentoring their teams and providing modern interactive workspaces to assist staff in performing at their best.Currently, they have a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to join their team in their south Brisbane office.The team is small to medium (15 to 20 people), very sociable, inclusive, enjoys a laugh, and most importantly, is highly successful.About the roleDay-to-day management of a healthy portfolioCommunication with owners and strata committees where required, promptly and efficientlyPrepare, attend, and run various meetings both in the office and onsite as requiredUnderstand and relay technical informationAssist the body corporate with arranging contractorsManage insurance claims and renewalsDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsAbove all, you will be a proactive, passionate, and hard-working individual who has confidence in your own ability and emphasizes providing a customer-focused strata service.For you:A full-time Assistant and office supportParking is available to all staffA great location within strolling distance to cafes and lunch spotsA broad range of experienced managers to work with#J-18808-Ljbffr
