Strata Manager

Our Client is a well-known Strata Management firm in Brisbane, Queensland, family-owned and operated.
They own and operate a number of successful Strata firms, each client-focused and providing the highest level of service. Their staff receive substantial support from across the group, leveraging senior personnel with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. They pride themselves on mentoring their teams and providing modern interactive workspaces to assist staff in performing at their best.
Currently, they have a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to join their team in their south Brisbane office. The team is small to medium (15 to 20 people), very sociable, inclusive, enjoys a laugh, and most importantly, is highly successful.
About the roleDay-to-day management of a healthy portfolioCommunication with owners and strata committees where required, promptly and efficientlyPrepare, attend, and run various meetings both in the office and onsite as requiredUnderstand and relay technical informationAssist the body corporate with arranging contractorsManage insurance claims and renewalsDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsAbove all, you will be a proactive, passionate, and hard-working individual who has confidence in your own ability and emphasizes providing a customer-focused strata service.
