The Role: Manage a portfolio based in the Eastern Suburbs Liaising with Owners Corporation as required There is a repairs and maintenance team for support Prepare budgets Compliance team for support Insurance team for support Shared assistant No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided The Candidate: Previous Experience in Strata Management A current Strata Certificate is needed The ability to work towards goals Be willing to contribute to a progressive company Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task Have a high level of computer skills The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
