Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners and committees.Confidently interpret and apply strata legislation.Provide expert strata advice and technical guidance to clients.Manage capital works projects from inception to completion.Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks.Conduct virtual and on-site meetings, along with periodic property inspections.Chair owners and committee meetings, and prepare all necessary documentation.The Ideal Candidate: Passionate about building lasting client relationships and anticipating their needs.Experienced in strata management, with a solid understanding of portfolio management.Professional and ethical, with exceptional client management skills.Highly organized, with strong time management and communication abilities.Holds a current Class 1 or 2 Strata License.If you're highly knowledgeable in strata and enjoy taking action to meet client needs, this role is for you!
