About the role – We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as a Claims Officer.
The interview process for this role will commence in January 2025.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing strata insurance claims from start to finish.Liaising with various stakeholders via phone and email during the claims process.Maintaining claim files in an orderly and up to date manner.Ensuring that claims management processes are adhered to.About You – To be the successful candidate for this busy role, you must demonstrate the following skill set:
Practical knowledge of and previous experience in the Strata Industry will be highly regarded but not essential.Experience in claims handling; residential, commercial, strata.Exceptional customer service, with strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail.High level of computer literacy; Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.Professional presentation.An ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve.In return the position offers – A supportive team environment.A salary package that reflects your experience and abilities.Annual bonuses and incentives.Monthly birthday & anniversary celebrations and quarterly team building events.Ongoing training and development.All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence.
