About the role: Due to growth within the business we are looking for a Strata Community Manager to join our Cairns team. We are taking on a number of high profile and prestigious developments in the next year and we want experienced and focussed managers.
The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company's key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS.Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.Managing correspondence via phone and written communications.Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas, and minutes.Attending meetings, both committee and general.Ensuring your portfolio remains compliant with compliance-related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety, and other relevant legislative requirements.About you: The successful candidate will:
Have at least 1 year of prior experience as a Strata Manager or have transferable skills and a keen interest in becoming a Strata Manager.Be conversant in strata legislation.Have good computer skills, especially with the Microsoft suite.Possess strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities.Have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask.Possess high attention to detail.Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential.In return, the role offers: A supportive team environment.An attractive salary plus super, additionals, and bonuses depending on your experience and knowledge.Annual bonuses and incentives.Birthday leave – a day off for your birthday each year.Quarterly team-building events.Annual company strategy day and awards.Internal training program.Paid Strata education (SCA A100 and Cert IV).Access to flexible working arrangements.Access to career progression.We would love to have you join our Cairns team!
