General Administrative dutiesLiaising with clients by telephone and solving enquiries on a first instant basisClient Projects as directed from Strata ManagersSupport 1 x Strata ManagerType Minutes / AgendasIssuing Keys to Contractors, Owners & TenantsAssisting Clients with their EnquiriesStrata AdministrationUnderstanding of StrataThe Candidate:Possess Excellent Communication SkillsHave Strong Attention to Detail with the Ability to Multi-TaskHave a High Level of Computer SkillsEnergy, integrity & drive to succeedStrong administration experience is a mustThe successful candidate will receive full training and support from some of the best in the business.
There will also be an opportunity for you to progress into a Strata Manager role in the future.
