Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Store Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring work being carried out complies with all relevant Acts, Standards, SOP's and work instructions. The Store Supervisor role will provide key support to site-based teams by providing a high quality and accurate service on a daily basis, contributing to the successful running of the operations.In this role you will be responsible for:Carrying out inventory audits in line with Golding business requirements.Follow up and rectify all Accounts & Purchasing discrepancies.Ensure the accurate receival of goods into the warehouse by checking materials received are correct & free from damage.Coordinate after hours ordering of parts & materials including freight.Process parts & material returns to vendors and control applicable credits.Accurately record all stores transactions within SAP, Esker & issue sheets.Ensure tooling booked out of the store, is accurately recorded & followed up when not returned.The BenefitsPermanent position with Golding from your first day7 on 7 off roster, 12.5 hr shiftsSite Accommodation, meals & transfers providedBusses from Mackay or drive yourself from any locationOur Ideal CandidatesThe ideal candidate will be efficient, experienced, able to lead the Stores Team as well as hold a strong commitment to safety.
