Continued business growth has opened an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and enthusiastic person with extensive stores experience to lead and develop our warehouse/stock control operations on the Goldfields. You will liaise closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure procurement tasks are completed on time. PRIMARY DUTIES Warehouse duties – ensuring smooth operation of warehouse and stores. Part interpreting & stock control/management. Unloading and loading of trucks using a forklift. Providing accurate records and ensuring they are maintained. Providing excellent customer service – roll out the red carpet! General administrative and ad-hoc duties. Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment. Ensuring all data and information is entered accurately into the maintenance/procurement system. Ensuring all telephone calls are answered promptly and courteously and that queries are dealt with accordingly. THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE Experience working in a warehouse/store-based role. Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email, Internet systems, and Maintenance/Procurement Systems. Ability to prioritize and meet timelines – great organizational skills. Display a flexible approach to work, ability to cope under pressure. High level of communication and understanding of customer requirements and appropriate skills in dealing with internal and external customer needs. Actively contributes within a team environment. Must hold a valid C Class Driver's License. Forklift License required. Demonstrate positive commitment to achieving HS&E objectives by supporting Company Policy, activities, and standards.
