About the Role: You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 1035 team. To upkeep and maintain the regional site Kan Ban systems and support the regional operation, by conducting consumable and hardware deliveries to remote sites and technicians in outlying areas. To support home oxygen and long-term condition services to patients in the community on behalf of the NHS. To support the regional team of technicians in providing a high-quality service to users by ensuring stringent quality cleaning, verification, and repair of healthcare equipment. Each day is different so you'll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing: Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.Responsible to ensure that the regional sites stock levels are maintained, and necessary stock orders are processed through to the regional team manager.Ensure that high standards of Safety and housekeeping are maintained on all sites in regions.Ensure that any breaches of Safety and Housekeeping rules are immediately reported to regional team manager.Delivery of consumables and equipment to technicians in outlying regions as directed by regional team manager.Conduct other delivery or driving duties as required by the regional team manager.Verifying, cleaning and where required, repairing the equipment.About You: We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don't tick every box.
