Stores Officer - Silicone

THE COMPANY : THE POSITION : The primary purpose of the Stores Officer is to ensure the secure, safe and efficient receipt and dispatch of orders to meet business timelines and customer expectations, ensuring they are cleared in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Receipting, storing, movement and dispatch of goodsProcessing ordersCommunicating with logistics companiesConducting initial and final QA inspections of materials and productsCommunicating effectively with customers and AFPMaintaining store roomEnsuring documentation and databases are accuratePreparing stock reportsLoading & unloading goods in a safe mannerOperating security scanning equipmentPick and pack ordersGeneral stores / warehouse dutiesBasic computer skillsDemonstrate commitment to safetySKILLS & REQUIREMENTS : Full Federal Government Security Clearance required - Can take up to 6 weeksMust be able to provide 100 points of IDMust be able to provide 2 refereesMust be an Australian Citizen to work for Federal GovernmentMinimum 3-5 years experience in a similar positionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow strict procedures and policiesTeam focusedSAP experience, highly regardedHR Licence, highly regardedWORK TYPE : Position approval for 12 months Temp with view to extend
HOURLY RATE : $42.58 / Hour (Includes casual loading) + Super
HOURS : Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
FULL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN TO WORK FOR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
