We are looking for an experienced Stores Officer for a 12month fixed term contract to organise goods inward for the facility including unloading of trucks and allocating deliveries to appropriate locations.
You will manage internal stores and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
This will include the preparation of reports and assisting with purchasing where required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight and delivery of warehouse functions including but not limited to the: Processing and documentation of goods in/out of the warehouse Coordinating deliveries and stock transfers between divisions & suppliers Forklift driving Day to day operations of stores including the verification and tracking of goods Assessing and monitoring the quality of products held Updating inventory lists and data entry where required Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure storage requirements are met Raising and placing orders as required Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and team ABOUT YOU: Solid warehouse experience Experience with computerised tracking systems Current driver's licence and HR licence (including forklift) Time management, conflict resolution skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders Understand priorities and ability to work to deadlines Understanding of ISO standards and HSE requirements Value diversity ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE: Flexible work arrangements Additional four days per annum of Personal Business Leave Opportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave) Employee Discretionary Bonus Program Salary continuance insurance Rewards Gateway for our employees Employee Referral Reward WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER At Pacific Energy, we celebrate the richness and depth that diversity brings.
