Our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department is a leader in design and development of special purpose equipment and machinery. Job Description We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Stores Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity at our Clayton office and will involve driving company work vehicles to collect/drop materials to/from suppliers. The working hours for this opportunity are 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Position responsibilities will include:
Unpacking and checking off goods received against delivery documentation Establishing and managing storage locations for projects Performing stock checks and re-ordering standard parts and consumables Coordinating logistics for packing and shipping of parts/equipment Labeling materials received as per standard work instructions and GR in SAP Performing put away of stock using appropriate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet trolleys, etc.) Creating new storage locations/cages/stillages and bins for each project Managing store capacity by consolidating stock, emptying cages/stillages, escalating capacity issues to supervisor Conducting weekly stock check of standard parts and consumables and prepare weekly order Preparing and packing materials for shipment, coordinating collection by raising requests with standard logistic providers Collecting and delivering urgent materials to suppliers/customers using Bosch vehicles as needed. Qualifications We are looking for a diligent and proactive professional who is safety-focused, able to manage diverse topics and priorities, and establish effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:
Previous warehouse experience essential Experience with manual handling of goods required Confident in standard Microsoft packages (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) SAP experience & knowledge of logistics documentation highly regarded Additional Information We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset.
