Our Townsville store is on the hunt for a multi-skilled superstar to work a dual role, supporting the Shop Floor and Warehouse operations. Your new role: We're seeking a passionate and dedicated self-starter to work on the shop floor with customers and in our back of house functions. In this role, you'll:
The Storeroom Assistant ensures accuracy of records and stock integrity and an efficient flow of merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor.Connect with and understand the demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond.Commit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld.Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work.Use of Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for all inbound/outbound stock movement.Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help.Provide friendly customer service, and support customers with pickups of their purchased items.Be responsible formaintaining store floor and stockroom standards.What you'll bring to the role: Have a great deal ofRetail experience and Stockroom experience (2-3 years).Hold high standards in customer service.Ability to work unsupervised.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.About us: Our culture nurtures a place where you can grow and thrive, be your authentic self and where inclusiveness and diversity really matters.
