We are looking for self-motivated Storeperson/Yardperson to join our Bendigo team, located at Epsom.
In this role you will be responsible for warehouse functions, including: Maintaining the warehouse system through raising purchase orders, entering receipts, entering sales orders to ensure accurate records of inventory Authorise supplier invoices for payment which relate to materials Mark deliveries as received in the construction scheduling system Follow up material callups on suppliers which are due and not received Receiving incoming goods ensuring all deliveries are as per order with no damage and report all short and incorrect deliveries Load and unload deliveries in a timely matter Ensure correct labelling of all materials Perform all warehouse functions including stock takes Keep the facility & warehouse organised, clean and tidy Assist with construction activities as required Ensure all building materials are complete and delivered to the jobs inline with the construction schedule activities or as directed by the Construction Supervisor to ensure job readiness. Provide adhoc support to the construction team ensuring any extra building materials required are supplied in a timely manner. About you: Hold a construction induction card (White card) Hold a current drivers license Hold a current forklift license Experience with Datapel an advantage Physically fit and able to perform the physical requirements of the role Be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively Great team player focused on providing a high level of service to construction Proficient with email and computer data entry and learning computer systems Previous warehouse experience desirable You are a solution focused person who excels under pressure Why work for us?
