Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store Person to join our team. This role involves a mix of forklift operation, storekeeping, and production line support, making it essential for the smooth functioning of their operations.
 
Location: Coburg NorthHours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMPayrate:  $32 per hour + Superannuation
 Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operation (20%) Safely operate the Counter Balance forklift to move and organize materials and products within the warehouse.Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
 Stores Management (50%) Receive, unpack, and store incoming products and materials accurately.Maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and updates.Organize and keep the storage area tidy and compliant with safety regulations.
 Production Support (30%) Assist in the production line as needed, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with production staff to meet daily output goals.Follow all health and safety guidelines during production activities.
 Qualifications: Valid forklift license is required.Previous experience in warehouse, stores, or production environments.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with others.Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving products as needed.Can work for longterm as the position has a view to permanency
