YOUR ROLE
As a Team Leader within our 3PL warehouse at Truganina VIC, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
The span of ordinary hours in this role will be Mon-Fri, 5 am - 1 pm.

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your teamCoach, support and develop team membersEnsure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:
Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practicesGood customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacyBonus: LO and/or LF licences.In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
