Storeperson

We are currently looking for a storeperson/Customer service to join a small team based in Braeside, where no two days will be the same.
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 am to 4:30pm
Salary: $70K plus super
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer inquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, email and face-to-face.Perform data entry tasks with efficiency.Work in the stores area, including order picking of tools and engineering equipment, and maintain inventory records.Occasional operation of counterbalance and reach forklifts (5% of daily tasks).Requirements: Experience in forklift operation preferred, or willingness to obtain a license and learn.Strong customer service skills with clear communication abilities.Proficient in data entry, emphasising attention to detail.Reliable team player capable of working effectively within a small team.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.Benefits: Long-term career opportunity within a supportive and friendly team environment.Develop valuable skills in a dynamic warehouse setting.Convenient on-site parking.1% commission on sales after 12 months of employment.Travel interstate for training and work events.Ready to take the next step?
