You will join our team of around 20 working from our modern, purpose-built facility located in Dandenong South.Supporting our Distribution Supervisor and Distribution Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our newly introduced afternoon shift.

The Role: Engage in, and monitor, daily activities including receiving, replenishment, pick-pack and dispatch.Partake and lead toolbox talks and team briefings Strong adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures and safety policiesImproving your team's performance via targeted training and personal developmentSupport the DC Supervisor & DC Manager to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
What you will bring to the team: Experience in warehouse operations, particularly in pick-packing and dispatch functions A current Forklift and High Reach license, with experience and proficiency operating bothThe ability to autonomously lead our afternoon shift operationsEnthusiasm and self-disciplineWillingness to undergo first aid qualification training (previous experience not mandatory).
