An opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Coordinator who would be responsible for the operating performance of the Burnie manufacturing plant through effective leadership and hands-on coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain process flow through daily application of Lean principles Maintain production schedule to budget Uphold safe work procedures Facilitate great workplace culture through effective HR management Requirements:
5 years+ experience in manufacturing leadership and project management roles Experience in manufacturing operations Good understanding of manufacturing process and equipment Experience and understanding of Lean principles Your application will include the following questions:
