Job Description:
As a Storeman, you will play a crucial role in managing and organising our warehouse, ensuring all materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to meet the demands of our projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Electrical product knowledge is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.Organise and store items efficiently, while maintaining accurate inventory records.Prepare and pack orders for dispatch.Maintain the cleanliness and order of the warehouse and storage areas.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.Assist with regular inventory checks and audits to ensure stock accuracy.Work with project managers and admin team to manage and track incoming goods.
