What is the role?
The Store Replenishment Leader will be essential in ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch of store replenishments from our Lorna Jane Warehouse to our stores.
What You'll be doing As our Store Replenishment Leader you'll: Execute store replenishment in line with the stores needs to deliver the best customer experience in store.
Communicate back to retail team on any issues in a timely manner, including late deliveries or the inability to supply replenishments.
Liaise with the Stock Team to forward-plan forecasted replenishments.
Receive and process orders via mobile device and obtain the required stock from the correlating warehouse stock bins to fulfil the order.
Scan transfers via warehouser management system, ensuring each item is scanned individually to ensure the order is fulfilled correctly.
Pack complete orders in the correct postal satchel and apply an accurate freight label to ensure the order is collected by the correct carrier.
Support with replenishing from the bulk warehouse inventory as required to maintain efficient picking and packing.
Operate all machinery and warehouse equipment in line with OH&S guidelines to prevent any potential injury or unsafe behavior.
Ensure the team are picking and packing in the most efficient manner, managing their productivity, holding them accountable and driving high performance.
Handle all order waste appropriately to minimize the impact on the general environment and workflow, sorting accordingly in line with Lorna Jane's sustainability initiatives.
Troubleshoot any pick or barcoding issues to prevent significant order processing delays.
Provide support to all areas of the warehouse on an as needs basis as directed by the AUS Fulfillment Centre Leader.
Continuous training of team members and review of performance.
Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who has: Experience in a fast-paced retail or customer centric environment Proven experience in warehousing, retail, or a related role.
Basic computer literacy.
Customer focus and service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous stock administration experience is advantageous.
Results orientated.
Previous leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
