This role is also responsible for supervising team members within the Despatch function. In addition, this role must also operate across all of the relevant warehouse functions as required. Success will be achieved by working cross-functionally with the other on-site supervisors to ensure the business-driven KPI's are met.This role will include liaising with external providers such as transport companies and Wholesale customers for bookings, as well as Puma retail stores. During peak inbound periods, it is expected that this role will be available to work some weekends to cater for the increased inbound requirements of the site.
