Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 15 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.About the RoleWe are seeking a Store Person to join our team at the Gunning Wool Store.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
This position offers real development opportunities for the right candidate who is eager to grow within our business.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the wool storeHelp with wool receivals, testing, and shippingLoad and unload trucks (Forklift operation)Handle wool, including pressingAssist with scheduling wool pickupsPerform on-farm pickupsOngoing career development and mentoring for motivated individualsAbout You: Our ideal candidate will be:Experienced in a similar role or related fieldAble to work unsupervised and show initiativeComputer and data entry skillsHighly motivated and self-drivenHolding a forklift certificationHR truck license would be advantageousA great communicator with a desire to work in a team and build a long-term careerApplications will be reviewed and shortlisted in early 2025.
