Store Manager - Yarra Trail

The role: Yarra Trail is looking for a Concession Manager to lead the teams at the new Yarra Trail Castle Hill David Jones site opening in October 2024. This part-time leadership role involves working a two-week rotational roster across select key trading hours (35 hours/week).

Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience Have 'operational excellence' in mind when handling products, visual merchandising, and considerations for loss prevention management Actively maintain a safe work environment with a focus on promoting wellbeing Recruit, select, and train team members who embody Yarra Trail values Build strong relationships with the in-store David Jones team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities You bring to the team: Concession or boutique store retail leadership experience Enthusiasm for creating modern, authentic service experiences for customers Familiarity with styling outfits that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs Experience with stock control and VM (comfortable lifting up to 10kg unassisted) Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs Excellent time management skills Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
