The role:Our Store team has a wealth of passion, energy, confidence, and drive to build lasting relationships, meet sales targets, and delight our customers at every opportunity. In this role, you are an integral part of a successful team: maximising sales, and leading day-to-day operations of the store, while ensuring our customers receive considered service and styling, making their experience effortless.
As a Store Manager, you build and drive a customer-focused culture through leading by example: acting as a passionate brand ambassador for the Yarra Trail and Brand Collective businesses. You use data and insights for growth opportunities, and you develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
