What you'll do As a Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, you will manage a large team of direct and indirect reports across various departments.
Empower, coach, build capability, and unlock diverse skill sets within the store team. Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment. Make sound, data-led decisions with a deep understanding of customers and operational levers. Effectively manage the store P&L and accurately forecast resource demands. Confidently navigate through different tech platforms, devices, computer programs, systems, and reporting. What you'll bring You will bring a strong Retail Leadership background, with a passion for team, customers, and results.
Self-aware of their leadership style, strengths, and areas of opportunity. Eager to learn and invest in own development. Leading through an analytical mindset, while maintaining a humanistic lens. The ability to lead and embed change with commercial and operational accountability. Prior experience managing multiple initiatives with clear prioritisation and time management. An understanding of how to identify and develop future leaders through coaching, strong workforce planning, and talent management.
