Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time What you'll do As a Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets, you are managing a large team of direct and indirect reports across various departments.
Empower, coach, build capability, and unlock diverse skill sets within the store teamPlan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environmentMake sound, data-led decisions with a deep understanding of customers and operational leversEffectively manage the store P&L and accurately forecast resource demandsConfidently navigate through different tech platforms; devices, computer programs, systems, and reportingWhat you'll bring You will bring a strong Retail Leadership background, with a passion for team, customers, and results.
