The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development.
You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities Execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityCoordinate daily customer service operations such as sales processes, orders and paymentsManage front of office by taking bookings and callsHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performanceMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeOversee stock and store operations including regular stock takesMonitor retail operating costs, budgets and resourcesWork with RPM management team to plan and implement marketing strategiesQualifications High school education or equivalent experience2+ years' store management experienceCustomer centric with a positive attitudeTyre industry experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
