In this role, you'll partner with the Assistant Store Manager and receive support from Senior Management to ensure the store runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be hands-on in recruiting and onboarding new team members, while also providing ongoing training to keep the energy high. Leading from the front, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our stunning visual presentation standards.

About you:
You've got a knack for leading a team and hitting those KPIs! With a customer-centric mindset, you'll help build a loyal base of returning customers. Your bubbly personality will contribute to a positive and vibrant store culture that everyone loves. You'll also have skills in inventory management (getting stock out quickly), visual merchandising, and KPI reporting to keep us on top of our game.
