We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team.Position OverviewAs a Store Manager, you will drive store performance, ensure a safe environment for staff and customers, and foster a culture of growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
This role includes overseeing operational efficiency, staffing, and compliance with RSEA's high standards in safety and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with OH&S standards, and promote a safe workplace for all.Conduct regular risk assessments, safety training, and incident reporting.Develop store budgets focused on sales and EBITDA.Identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Manage staffing schedules based on sales forecasts and operational needs.Ensure efficient scheduling and accurate reporting on labor hours.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.Implement performance management, training, and development plans.Uphold RSEA's values in all decision-making and interactions.Resolve conflicts professionally and ensure compliance with ethical standards.Key RelationshipsCustomers: Deliver exceptional customer service and product assistance.Suppliers: Maintain professional relationships for order fulfillment.Retail Team: Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work culture.Area/State Manager: Liaise on decisions and store updates.HR Support: Ensure accurate payroll processing and roster management.Qualifications & CompetenciesDiploma or higher qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience in a store management role, ideally in retail operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.High-level proficiency in communication, leadership, time management, and planning.Computer literate and skilled in change management, stakeholder relations, and continuous improvement practices.What We OfferOpportunities for career growth within RSEA.A supportive and dynamic work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
