Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and embedding a sales-focused strategy through coaching, leadership, and development initiatives, actively driving a sales-focused culture. This involves performance management, active sales floor leadership, recruitment, and employee development to ensure a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers. You will address complaints and queries effectively, monitor financial performance through profitable sales, inventory management, and expense control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
