Your new role As the Store Manager of our David Jones Midas Miranda store, you will be responsible for taking your store to the next level! You will lead your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain operational store standards.
Duties Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience. Maintain VM standards and stock management. Roster management and wage control. Lead, motivate, and inspire to achieve store targets. Coach, develop, and mentor your team. Skills & Experience Previous Retail Management experience. Passion for coaching and developing your team. Strong organisational skills - Ability to multitask. Creating a customer service culture. Driving performance within your team.
