We have an exciting opportunity to join an Australia's Premium Menswear Brand. Our client is currently looking for a passionate, motivated, and poised Manager to join the amazing Coffs Harbour team to work on a full-time permanent basis to start immediately.

About the role: Lead, motivate, and inspire to achieve store targets. Coach, develop, and mentor your team. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company. Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team. Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained. Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards. About you: A genuine love and understanding of the brand (discussed upon application). Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment. Outstanding communication skills. Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising skills.
