Role: Store Manager | Mens Fashion, Coffs Harbour We are seeking an influential and experienced Store Manager to lead our client's Coffs Harbour team.
This role requires a proactive leader dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.
Responsibilities - Store Manager | Mens Fashion: As their new Store Manager, your role includes, but is not limited to, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring seamless store operations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, optimise profitability, and meet sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and manage inventory.
